Pella Fiber

We’re excited to bring a high-speed, fiber-rich network right to your door—connecting you with seamless internet, TV, and phone service.

Pella Fiber is homegrown—locally owned and operated by the City of Pella—so we’re uniquely dedicated to providing reliable service to the people and businesses in our community. And we’re ready now to help you get connected!

Getting your home or business fiber ready adds value to your property. Rest assured, signing up for a site survey and fiber line installation does not cost you anything, or commit you to getting services from Pella Fiber, now or in the future. But it does give you the option of choosing Pella Fiber’s powerfully fast and reliable services—with free activation—down the road. It’s simple to get started!

Check out this map to see which areas of Pella have active Pella Fiber service, are in progress, are on hold, or are proposed for future expansion. Enter your address to learn if Pella Fiber is available to you!

1 / The First Step

The site survey signup form gives the City of Pella the OK to install an underground fiber service line as part of our construction project.

2 / During Your Site Survey

A Pella Fiber technician will prepare your home or business for construction crews to run a fiber drop. They’ll also work with you to find the best places for Wi-Fi routers, TV receivers, and other equipment. We will get in touch to schedule your survey.

3 / Fiber Drop Placement

Construction crews will run the duct from the right of way to your address. Construction will begin this summer and continue throughout the year.

4 / Order Services

Later this year, Pella Fiber will start taking orders for internet, television, and phone services. You’ll be able to sign up online or in person at City Hall.

5 / Install & Activate

Pella Fiber will schedule an appointment to connect your equipment and make your service live. Your conversion to Pella Fiber will be complete!
