After conducting over 2,900 site surveys and laying 35 miles of fiber service lines, Pella Fiber is up and running in several zones across town.

How can customers who have had a site survey activate their high-speed internet, voice, and TV service? First, click on the interactive map near the bottom of the Pella Fiber homepage and enter your address. That will tell you whether service is active in your area, in progress, or on hold.

Then, Pella Fiber will schedule an in-home appointment to connect your equipment and make your service live. Activation is free.

If you haven’t had a site survey or fiber installation, you can still sign up. There is no cost and no commitment to receiving Pella Fiber services.
